Emerald Balance is not responsible for errors resulting from incomplete or inaccurate client information.
3. Fees and Payments
Fees are outlined in your service agreement
Payments are due according to agreed terms
Late payments may result in service suspension
All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise
4. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all business and financial information.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Emerald Balance shall not be liable for:
Indirect or consequential damages
Lost profits
Data loss
Business interruptions
Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the previous six months.
6. No Guarantees
We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes, tax savings, or business results.
All services are provided on a best-effort professional basis.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice in accordance with the service agreement.
Outstanding balances must be paid upon termination.
8. Intellectual Property
All website content, materials, templates, and processes are the property of Emerald Balance and may not be reproduced without written permission.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
